– 1/4 cup Roasted chana dal, coarsely pounded

– 1/4 tsp Hing / Asafetida

– 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder

– Salt to taste

– 2~3 Finely chopped Green chilies (or Red chili powder for spice)

– Curry leaves

– Finely chopped Coriander leaves

– 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds

– 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds

– 2 tbsp Oil
